ROBBED ME BLIND - LITERALLY!!!!!

I just made a purchase with this app and was told i was going to get an amount of coins that i NEVER received. im very frustrated as i havent found out a single way to get customer service or any contact info. i need resolution to this issue!!!! not ok!!
